PowerFlow Yoga- Free Class

Come check out BlueMoon Holistic Wellness- Yoga and take a free class.  Please bring a nonperishable food item for Cubbies Cupbaord.  PowerFlow is a dynamic class you will link your breath with movement as you flow through sequences with an emphasis on breath, proper alignment, meditation and physical movements to create balance  and strength in your body.  Students are encouraged to bring a block and yoga mat.
