We welcome beginners, advanced practitioners, and yogis of all sizes, ages, genders, and backgrounds. We believe that yoga is for everybody. We know yoga can be intimidating— but it doesn’t have to be. Our mission is to provide a safe space to breathe, flow and grow! We recognize that visiting a new yoga studio can be intimidating, so here are some key things to remember for your first yoga class:
- It's not about how you look, it's about how you feel!
-Everyone started out somewhere in their yoga journey, this isn't a competition.
-Once you enter our beautiful studio, please take your shoes off on the rug, set down your belongings on the bench, and find a place to set your mat down. Once you are settled, please feel free to visit with others or take a peek around our lovely space.

Each class is designed to challenge you mentally and physically, yet tailored to meet you where you are at on your physical fitness journey. Our mission is to connect you with your body through movement and to inspire you to find balance on and off of your mat! Our community is one in which people unite to inspire and empower each other. Our approach to yoga is holistic. Our classes are deeply meditative yet disguised as a physical practice.
In this dynamic class, you will link your breath with movement as you flow through sequences with an emphasis on breath, proper alignment, meditation, and physical movements to create balance and strength in your body. Students are encouraged to bring a block and a yoga mat.
A slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses and breathwork. It strengthens and stretches the entire body through flowing sequences and held postures. GentleFlow increases flexibility and helps to repair muscles. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind and de-stress. Open to all experience levels, although classes do entail getting up and down from your mat.
This practice is Yin yoga, which works deeply into the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, cartilage and fascia) to heal joints and increase flexibility through slow, gentle and sustained movement. Yin yoga focuses on slowly stretching the connective tissues around joints, which penetrates deep into the connective tissue and invigorates the energy centers of the body, releasing blockages and increasing the flow of energy. This practice encourages you to not use your muscles and passive poses are held for several minutes. This class is a beautiful complement to our more active class. Students are encouraged to bring a blanket.
This class is taught by Peggy B. CYT and is centered around sequencing postures and mindful movement that counteracts the effects of aging. This class is geared towards proprioception, tissue repair, spinal flexibility, mobility, improving balance, and relaxation techniques. This class is low impact, great for yogi practitioners of all skill levels, those with healing injuries and aging bodies.
