PETITE AMIES – TODDLER + ME

Yoga for little humans (2-5)

This fun and creative class introduces toddlers to the world of yoga through animated poses, books, music, crafts, and games.  Little yogis will embrace fine motor skills, develop coordination, and practice self-calming techniques through breathing exercises.  Get ready to go on a journey where we will roar like a lion, swim with the dolphins, and soar like a butterfly.  Giving your child the gift of this experience is one they won’t forget.  Each child must be accompanied by an adult to attend this class.

PETITE AMIES – CHILDREN

Yoga for little humans (5-10)

Primal movement is intuitive for young humans! During this weekly class, yogis will explore the practice of yoga, mindfulness + arts/crafts! This class is designed for children ages 5-10.  This class offers evidence-based yoga and mindfulness lessons that provides social and emotional skills benefiting the body, mind, and emotional state. During this class, poses will be offered that encourage and support age-appropriate physical explorations.  We kindly ask parents/ guardians to promptly drop off yogis and pick up when offering is complete.  This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them.
