As your personal yoga teacher, it is my job to bring yoga to you in a safe, accessible, and meaningful way.  I believe that private yoga lessons are housed in co-creation between myself and the student.  I have a robust background in health coaching which marries beautifully with a personalized private practice that is curated specifically for you.  I can combine Thai Yoga, muscle energy techniques, and various other modalities to meet you exactly where you are in this now, providing an open environment to explore, breathe, restore and nourish.  You will leave each session feeling nourished and ready to take on your life with patience, ease and focus.

BlueMoon Private Yoga has clients from all over central Iowa.

Your personalized, convenient private yoga program takes place in our beautiful studio, with a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointment at the perfect time for you.

If yoga and other self-care practices are hard to fit into a busy life, this is for you!
You can book at a time that fits into your schedule and make sure you get what you need!
These sessions are 60 minutes and are usually scheduled at a standing time each week.

Private lessons are a unique one on one experience to help lay the foundation for your personal practice and curated with your personal goals and aims in mind. This is a beautiful co-creation and intimate experience.  We are pleased to create a space where you can restore physically and spiritually through yoga.
